Ivermectin reduces your chances of even getting the ‘Rona. So does HCQ. HCQ shortens and reduces symptoms if you do get it.
There are a few other things out there that are effective. Without the high death rate.

Honey: Honey will k-e-e-l-l any untoward organisms in the throat and esophagus when taken undiluted, by the spoonful. No organism is resistant to it and never will be because honey is a super saturated solution. That means there is more sugar in the liquid than should otherwise possibly be. That makes it highly hydrophilic, it seeks water and what does it do when it comes across a virus or bacterium? It sucks all the water content out of it and destroys it by a process called apoptosis (pronounced "aptosis") but it really kind of does, under a microscope, "pop" the bad cells. It is supposed now to be literally better than ANYTHING ELSE for a sore throat.
