Hmmm. Years ago when swine flu or whatever was going around - 2009 - and it was a bad flu, I got it. It was baaaad. Anyway, a friend in Brazil got very sick and her husband was gone to the city for a few weeks, she was out in the country. We kept in touch via email and she said she was really sick, he had the car, and didn’t know what to do. I asked her if there were any citrus trees around. She had a yard full of lime trees. So I told her to pick a bunch of limes, squeeze the juice, then grate or mince the peels.
Put the peels minced or grated into water, simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on, add juice and honey, and drink all day long. In a few days she was all better. Citrus peels have all kinds of good stuff in them. Anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal.
