Not the ones our pharmacy uses, we had to pop out the clear plastic insert and then the bottle wouldn’t close securely.
We finally gave up and just asked them to change everything over to non-child-proof caps.

I guess it was silly of me to think that the same bottles are being used everywhere.
Keep the plastic insert and remove the outer cap.
