Your post made me look up that punk at West Point. Could not find anything more recent that 2018 on him except a link to something he apparently posted himself. Looked like a “Linked In” type site. (Didn’t click on it.) Apparently, he is now a writer, and is interested in current Arabic literature.
One article I found has this:

That Frum twitter thread was very depressing with scores of posts from Canadians dislocating their shoulders from patting themselves hard on the back for “trusting the science” and getting double-jabbed. Then there were the anti-Trump posts.
This was panic induced. The Trump vote far outweighed their well planned and executed efforts (cyber). Due to that they had to revert to off the cuff planning (see multiple scans of ballots in GA).

Did a search for Codex, Milan and found this:
The Codex Atlanticus (Atlantic Codex) is a 12-volume, bound set of drawings and writings (in Italian) by Leonardo da Vinci, the largest single set. Its name indicates the large paper used to preserve original Leonardo notebook pages, which was used for atlases. It comprises 1,119 leaves dating from 1478 to 1519, the contents covering a great variety of subjects, from flight to weaponry to musical instruments and from mathematics to botany. This codex was gathered in the late 16th century by the sculptor Pompeo Leoni, who dismembered some of Leonardo’s notebooks in its formation. It is now in the Biblioteca Ambrosiana in Milan.
The Codex Trivulzianus is a manuscript by Leonardo da Vinci that originally contained 62 sheets, but today only 55 remain. It documents Leonardo’s attempts to improve his modest literary education, through long lists of learned words copied from authoritative lexical and grammatical sources. The manuscript also contains studies of military and religious architecture.
The Codex Trivulzianus is kept at Sforza Castle in Milan, Italy, but is not normally available to the public. In the main museum a room also contains frescos painted by Leonardo.
