I’m just a simple ol soldier.
I’d be looking at the bigger picture and see what is really happening, and why the push for these vaccines and act accordingly. The days of being left alone are over. The reason we’re here is because for decades the right has largely ignored the left’s advances because it didn’t affect then directly yet, or if it did it was minor enough to shrug off.
Now that they’ve had control of the schools and the control of local governments and bigger, here we are. Why play their game? It’s bloody well rigged! People need to wake up and take a good hard look around. This is not freedom. This is also not local. There is a global push. Ask why.
Also, turn to God, repent and ask Jesus into your heart. The road ahead is not a pleasant one. There is no return to normal ever.
Probably they will just stomp their foot and say we can require whatever we require to work here. It would take a judge or jury that will understand the principle involved in breaking HIPPA secrecy and practicing medicine without a license.
I remember when HIV was a big thing and the Health Dept tests were waved to keep the patients secrecy. They would rather have an HIV patient bleeding in you salad or spitting on your food just to keep his/her condition secret. It's really no different than an AIDS patient working at a machine shop that cuts himself on a tool everybody uses. The powers that be decided his secrecy was more important than everybody else's health. Today in Texas nobody takes the Health Dept blood test for STD's, Hepatitis, and Tuberculosis. This is especially dangerous with open borders and illegals bringing you food and cleaning dishes and tables.
Our company wanted to know as well...I told them I recovered from Covid and sent numerous links. They didn’t care——so they said I had to wear a mask when walking through the office. Otherwise I don’t need a mask.
All these people that say they support science are actually the biggest deniers.

Normal is an ever changing item. Just look at this country
from when it was first discovered in 1492 to where we are

I meant there will be no return to individual freedom like there was before. One thing that was relatively the same was the freedom a person had, minus the slavery that was around for a bit, but I digress.
Your individual rights don’t matter because it’s for the greater good (then they pick whatever cause they want) and they will use that to keep crushing dissenters.
That’s what I mean when I say there is no return to normal.

I guessing that you could be in State of California...In CA, employers must make sure that unvaccinated employees wear masks...
There is a recall election coming up...If a GOP candidate wins, that person could repeal the workplace mask mandate...By issuing an executive order...Make the masks entirely optional in workplace...
The problem with that scenario is that Governor Gavin might survive the recall...
If you cannot move out of CA anytime soon, be prepared to wear a mask at your work...That is the reality for people who refuse to get vaccinated in CA...

That doesn’t answer the question this poster asked. As for my daughter, walking away from a position that pays her a generous 6-figure salary isn’t feasible for more reasons that I care to type. Not to mention the regulation means nothing to her and it actually inspires her co-workers who are refusing the jab.
There are 2 huge relentless pushes in progress now to enslave and control everyone using the evil twins of pandemics and climate change. Most don’t fully get it yet the extent and scope.

The company has a right to protect itself and its employees. You are the one being difficult.
Stop believing nonsense on the internet and get the vaccine.
It’s been going on for some time with the climate change thing. I was warning people in 04 not to play along with that.
Now we have the shots to contend with as well, and it’s turning people into lost, blind followers. Thankfully there are still some patriots, but we’re all being demonized non stop by the media otherwise known as the propaganda arm of the communists.
I don’t see any easy way out. Most people will keep trying to keep their incomes roll in, and hope it doesn’t affect them too much. Not many will stick their neck out.
Don’t worry Sir, it’s not just the USA. It’s everywhere.
It’s a global circus and as a spectator, not only do I want my money back, but I want the circus shut down for crimes against the animals and staff.
I agree with #14 and others who suggest
—don’t answer
—go along with their rules for now
—ask HR how long this policy will be in place
—start looking for another job — it’s an employee market in most places in the US
—maybe they will discontinue this before you find a job you want to take. If so, good, if not, when you leave, tell them you left due to their vaccine policy.
Now you know how the “Mark of the Beast” is going to work.
