Europe really doesn’t have any military. The US has been the military protective presence there since WWII. Plus Europeans, especially the French, have a tendency to protest over anything so the value of protests is not taken serious by the politicians. I think the European politicians think Trump has been “defeated” so they can ignore the protests and continue their Great Reset plans without interruption. Trump’s return will shock them to the point that, with a little pressure from Trump, they will listen to the citizens.
