I think the man in the middle might be Boris Epshteyn (twitter @BorisEP). Super great guy, MAGA all the way, involved in various state audits right after the election.

He is on Bannon’s War Room a lot, quite personable and bright.

He was 2020 Strategic Advisor and former Special Assistant to POTUS 45.

Well, we know the photo is not too recent, as Miller and another man are wearing overcoats.

I am guessing that we are looking at a group of lawyers who are working on the the election theft or who are involved in bringing cases against the Deepies, and Scavino is showing us that the filings were done in a previous season.
