I live in California, so my vote has never counted. No matter how many times in my life I have voted Republican my state’s Electoral votes always go to the Democrat. I know most folks on here love the Electoral College, but all it does is make it harder for the individual’s vote to count unless you live in a handful of swing states.

Quite the contrary. The system was designed for just the opposite. States such as Rhode Island and Delaware would not have signed the Constitution otherwise. Remember, we are not a democracy, we are a democratic republic.

True, conniving criminals and traitors have skewed the system. States that have lost considerable population have not lost representation due to foot dragging and corruption. As you say, 'swing' states have seized power by manipulating elections. Many Americans do not believe this last national election was honestly decided.

None of these corruptions are irreversible; the responsibility lies where our founding fathers placed it: at the feet of the voters... not the FBI, not the federal courts, not the CIA - not even at the state capitols. The voter will have to stand up and take his govt and his vote back - or surrender and shut up complaining.

Much the same in Michigan. They’ve been cheating the vote along the I-75 Detroit - to - Saginaw union/black corridor (now a rust belt) for a long time.

Detroit D’rats are notorious for election cheating, decades ago.
