It’s use as a therapy and preventative for COVID-19 is under clinical trials. For that purpose, people have to wait for the clinical trials to be completed.


Not if they don’t trust the FDA. If they want to take the risk, they can open the container and use it.

I can open my bottle of Oxycodone my dentist gave me for pain from oral surgury, grinding up one of the 5 mg tablets and snorting it. The bottle label says, "Take one tablet (5 mg) by mouth every 4 hours for pain." It would be my choice to snort it but I would recommend to myself to follow the instructions on the label--even though plenty of other people are snorting it and do not give a damn about reading or following the label.
