Not sure how the link you provided proves or disproves anything.

Am 100% certain that GO in various particle sizes and form factors can and have been made into injectable solutions so it is not just possible, it's been done

IS it possible they are injecting graphene oxide at the cellular level to create human heat sinks for the microwave interference generated by 5G Internet of Things to work?

yes, it’s been done. After reviewing one of the suppliers of graphene products I discovered what more than likely happened to me in 2019. Company stated Potential applications -Medicine: tissue engineering, contrast agents, bioimaging, polymerase chain reactions, devices, drug delivery, microrobotics, testing, toxicty. I can only conclude this is in contrast dye used during a CT scan.

“Graphene oxide: a carrier for pharmaceuticals and a scaffold for cell interactions” 2015

” More recently, graphene oxide has been extensively explored for drug delivery applications. An important increase in research efforts in this emerging field is clearly represented by the hundreds of related publications per year, including some reviews. Many studies have been performed to explore the graphene oxide properties that enable it to deliver more than one activity simultaneously and to combine multidrug systems with photothermal therapy, indicating that graphene oxide is an attractive tool to overcome hurdles in cancer therapies. “
