Thank you! We weren’t really looking for a place to buy when we found this farm. We had a small farm in another County. My husband came here to look at a tractor that was for sale. He bought the tractor and asked the man if he wanted to sell the farm too. The man thought for a minute and said yes. My husband agreed to buy it before I even knew anything about it. :-) The man said he hadn’t had it very long but his wife wouldn’t live here because it was so rural. She was afraid, especially at night, not having any neighbors and wouldn’t stay here so she was living in town and he was taking care of the farm.
Those are the best kinds of *deals*.....the ones not even planned!
