Hmm, looked at that. I think I would not handle - any resistance to breathing freaks me out! Or anyone trying to restrain me physically in any way. If people can handle it and it helps, sounds very good. Of course the walking etc does a lot of other things as well.
What I need to do is do breathing excercises (yoga kind). I know how, I’m just a lazy slug. ...hanging head in shame...
I could stand to incorporate some breathing exercises into my routine, but not if it will inadvertently lower my blood pressure at the same time. That might be dangerous, as mine tends to be normal/low in general.
I should just dust my bicycle off, fill the tires, and take it out of my living room (a/k/a storage area) and to the streets....
