I could stand to incorporate some breathing exercises into my routine, but not if it will inadvertently lower my blood pressure at the same time. That might be dangerous, as mine tends to be normal/low in general.
I should just dust my bicycle off, fill the tires, and take it out of my living room (a/k/a storage area) and to the streets....
I am sure breathing exercises will not lower normal bp. Mine is normal to sometimes dangerously low and it always feels excellent to do pranayam and never causes anything wrong.
