In the midst of a pandemic, dental professionals are searching for effective ways for patients to help control the spread before they ever step into the practice. Most already use prerinses, but xylitol nasal sprays are another excellent option.

I think I read about Xlear on the Q thread months ago, and my dental hygienist also recommended it.
I don’t use it consistently but do after I’ve been to a busy grocery store or somewhere with a lot of traffic and lousy ventilation (think DMV).
I’m saving the super-dooper bottle of Xlear Rescue with Oregano, Eucalyptus, Tree Tree and Parsley oils. I figure that will really wake everything up when I use that.
Homemade Xlear recipe:
1 cup distilled water
1/2 tsp kosher salt (any other salt will require filtering)
1/2 tsp Xylitol crystals
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 drops grapeseed extract (preservative)
You can also add a little colloidal silver. 1 tsp of 15ppm colloidal silver.
Dissolve the dry ingredients in the water. Put into a nasal mister and go to town. Shelf life is about a month in the fridge.
