I love avacados. Could eat one a day, diced up with lime juice and sea salt. Yummy!
Chiffonade some Cilantro and mince a jalapeno for a quick slasa verde to put on them.

I once took a giant cooler full of avocados up to the midwest when my parents were still alive. I gave them to the people who worked at the health care center where my dad was (they came from many different countries). They were blown away by the size of them, and all reported back that they were delicious. I asked each one how they preferred to eat their avocados, and got many different answers!
I just looked online for avocado recipes, and curiously enough, got a link to a site called “recipepes.com”. LOL
