all the minerals are so critical to our health but do keep in mind that mag is the ‘mother’ of all. It makes 350 other nutrients and processes sync and absorb. So, take extra mag, especially if you’re supplementing with calcium. Take only the forms of glycinate or malate (there’s a couple more that are absorbable like taurate and orotate) but avoid oxide and probably citrate.

You should take 600-800mg/day, split throughout the day

The Upper Tolerable Limit is now 350 mg of magnesium from supplements-unlimited from foods.

Too much magnesium can cause multiple issues.
