The Upper Tolerable Limit is now 350 mg of magnesium from supplements-unlimited from foods.

Too much magnesium can cause multiple issues.

no. you should take a highly absorbable form up to bowel tolerance which is in the 600-1000mg/range. You’ll have no issues (only benefits) up to right beore loose bowels
