Gettr is interesting, but some strange things are happening today... like hacked accounts and posts showing up that were injected from a different poster.
Working THEORY... Gettr is under attack from experienced software people who know social media exploits.
Somebody is mad about this “twitter clone” project... U man @jack?
And widespread reports that google & yahoo are blocking account setup emails from Gettr. Use your free ProtonMail account and it works.

Trouble is, even with a protonmail account with the window open (as well as the gettr one open) when I get the activation code in the email, by the time I type it inrmto gettr, gettr tells me the time has expired.
I have no idea how to get around this.
