If the Military is revealed to be in control before too much more time passes, it’s unlikely that PDJT would assume office immediately anyway. They have tribunals to conduct in full view of the public, the results of which would solidify support for the return of President Trump. It’s especially important to persuade the right-leaning squishes who always seem to twist themselves into pretzels trying to see the left’s point of view.
In the interim, the Military would remain openly in control and prevent the DS from advancing their causes. President Trump could be sworn in again midway through his term and then still be eligible to run again in 2024 without operating outside the current framework. In other words, both may be right, depending on the point at which Military control reverts back to the President.

He will be 78 in 2024, I think. Another 4 years in office would have him retiring from the presidency at 82. When he resumes office he will have done so much for this nation. He deserves to be allowed to ride off into the sunset in his sunset years.
