WHAT IF....and it’s a big WHAT IF....foreign influences actually DID modify the results of a Presidential election? Not only would that be an act of war, but if the election results are proven wrong - beyond a shadow of a doubt, what remedies exist? ....and THAT’S the movie we may be watching soon.
It was foreign intervention. China,Germany,Italy,UK,to name just a few of the countries involved. THe obvious route is the supreme court but that most likely won’t happen they are all bought and paid for.So that leave the military who has already been looking into it all and by now will have made a decision. So what happens when will be a Trump call and the military call.
I think you make excellent points.
I do not think that SCOTUS didn’t take up any of the election fraud cases due to being bought and paid for, but because cases involving war crimes by a foreign country with US assistants is in the jurisdiction of SCOTUS, and justices would have to be able to read and/or hear classified data, including military stuff they are not authorized to access.
I also think that was known in advanced by Trump and his close advisors; such cases needed to be brought forwarded, and rejected, in order for the military resolution of the foreign occupation of the US seat of government - ie bought and paid for Bitem and his henchpeeps. As per the explanation of the Law of War by Majic Eyes.
