Not only would that be an act of war, but if the election results are proven wrong - beyond a shadow of a doubt, what remedies exist? ....and THAT’S the movie we may be watching soon.:::::
Many states have preservation laws for ballots. One state mandates keeping the ballots preserved for 22 months. Why have a 22-month duration if not for follow-up, challenges, and making corrections?
Challenges were disrupted prior to the flawed election process because the case was not "ripe", meaning, no harm was done....yet.
Challenges after the election were set aside due to the concept of "laches", meaning, we waited too long to bring up the problems.
Well, why have 22-month preservation of evidence and ALSO impose laches? Makes no sense!
