I need more sources. I personally know two adolescents whose mother convinced them their father molested them, described the (false) incidents with details, took them to a recovered memory psychologist, etc. They now “remember” being molested and are utterly convinced of it.
Their father is a good man, known very well by friends, and he is innocent.
