That guy couldn’t keep the bike upright after hitting a chunk of cardboard?He may have hit her arm as well. But seems to me he had enough time to steer around her. Wouldn't have needed to move out very much. Because she was standing out there near the curb for some time before he reached that point. Of course it depends on how close the other bikers around him were to him. Looked like there may have been enough space for him to have moved out that small amount, though. Doesn't look like he even tried.

The guy to his left (right from our viewpoint) seemed to have plenty of space to move over to allow him more space. I wonder if he (the other guy) did that intentionally.
