Missile strike slide. Anyone need proof that Biden is not in charge and the military is running the country?

Simple question. Why would Biden bomb the enemies of Israel? Idealically Biden and the people who were bombed are on the same side of the fence, they hate Israel and hate the US. When has there been a missile strike that the generals did not presented the reasons for the strike, when has a President weak as Biden resisted the chance to look strong by ordering a missile strike?
