The voice SHOULD always give it away. There's something completely creepy about a flamboyant, effeminate homo or a tranny's voice. It sounds like a teenage boy whose voice hasn't cracked yet.

He/she/it looks beautiful by any standards but one real look finds something, just off. If I was drunk with beer goggles at a bar sitting next to he/she/it I’d still notice something off. I can’t explain it.

Totally square and wide shoulders, very small hips, ultra skinny, elongated somewhat pointed head, and cray cray eyes.
