Durham was not selected from outside the U.S. government. He was a federal employee of the U.S. when he was appointed to special counsel.

And also what is the definition of catastrophic national emergency? IMO the election fraud committed by Joe and the HO is an attempt to overthrow the U.S. and would fall within the definition. But it still does not explain what Durham is doing and given the above law if he’s legitimate. The election audits if done correctly would show the fraud and would be used for presidential director 51 to be implemented and the question would still be what is Durham’s purpose? As RN said it is a mystery at this point.

And speaking of election fraud, in Georgia, despite the RINO Governor and SoS working with the demo-fascists to steal the election Georgia State Senator Brando Beach was interviewed and this was the interview exchange:

I don't have all the answers. Though Durham picked up the Russian "collusion" false narrative. That is what he is criminally investigating. Remember in January of 2021 was the final hearings of the senate investigation into the Russian BS they concluded that it was politically motivated attack on the president. Which is criminal at least in my opinion. How Durham views it is unknown.

These same people that instigated these attacks if prosecuted would change up the political landscape.
Then there is Hunter Biden and that investigation.
