As I said above 240mg is suggested internal use and it fits perfect in a 00 capsule. 1oz costs $14 and will make 28 LITERS of serum. Compare that to the price of a 1oz bottle of serum in the store. For serum:
Mix the powder(s) with COLD water and shake. It will clump at first. Put it in the fridge and shake when you open the fridge. It should all dissolve in about 6 or so hours. And feels great topically. It is particularly soothing after a close shave fellas. It lasts about a month without any preservatives.
Bonus: to help the serum penetrate the skin use a derma roller. Apply serum to face, roll with the derma roller, and repeat application of serum.

I’m working today on getting my husband’s days and nights straightened out. He fussed at me yesterday after lunch for making so much noise around the house that he couldn’t sleep. He was up all night last night banging around while I was trying to sleep so what goes around comes around. He has been mixed up for a week. I don’t handle sleep deprivation well. LOL
I ordered the 2oz packet so that I can do both. I already have #2 capsules so I’ll have to take two instead of one, I think. I believe the larger # capsules are smaller.
