Im taking those supplements also.. actually for many years, except for the K which I just added recently due to the sharing of info here. I also have been into essential oils .. I know they have helped me immensely with various medical issues. Tea Tree and oregano are two of my favorite.. next Frankincense
I have been taking collagen powder in my breakfast for almost a year to help with my foot and boost my bone density. I can’t tell yet about the bone density but it seems to help the joint pain in my ankle and foot. It also unexpectedly helps with acid reflux and digestion when my allergies are bad.
