It turns out that the ivermecting dosage for large mammals such as a horse is the same as for an adult human, 0.2 - 0.4 mg/kg (200 - 400 mcg/kg). It is one of the safest drugs. You could take 10 - 40X the dosage with no toxic effects
I ordered the apple paste from tractor supply. Picked up 6 of the tubes, had them delivered. Cheap, fast and convenient. The tube has convenient marks at 50 lbs increments.
