Best Buy will take TONS of electronics. Even if you’re not purchasing any type of replacement for it there.

Most times it’s free but there could be a small fee. I noticed there is a $29.99 to have them take a tube tv less than 30 inches. Considering you can’t even give them to Goodwill any more, it would be worth it to get it out of the house!
One I finish decluttering and determine what cords I can get rid of, I’m taking those there too.
My mom and my aunt were beauticians, so I understand. Luckily for me, my hair is straight, fine and thick. Plus I wear it in an inverted bob, so it’s a ‘current’ cut they can do right out of school. Good thing, since I go to Great Clips so I have a different person every time! LOL
I got home right when Rusty told me her Rumble went down. So I missed the warm-up but saw the main attraction!

I am fortunate that our local garbage will pick up most things at no cost. I recently called them and they picked up a 25” big box TV for me. I think they are connected with the city somehow as one big container for garbage only costs $42 every two months but they will then pick up extra bags of grass, leaves, and if you have a sofa or bed etc they pick up at no extra cost. They do have a charge to pick up a refrig. The reason I think the city is evolved is they have good city codes and they don’t want the city to become a slum.
My problem is I have our first computer a 1995 Apple Mac that my husband wanted. It has so little memory and with the way the Internet has advanced I can’t get Internet with it. I think it has one slot left to put a memory chip but not sure if that would be enough. I guess I could have the garbage people take it also but I just HATE dumping things that actually are still working. Like now I have a desk top that works but is doing some crazy things. It will not shut down unless I use the power button. Then when I bring it back up I use safe mode. My grandson keeps telling me to get a new one. :-(
