BUT if enough county audits showed Trump won the 3 states or so needed, whoever did it would be irrelevant to what is done in regards to the WH. Does Biden keep a stolen election?
I don’t know that anyone can answer that with any certainty, to be honest. There’s lots of theories based on court decisions that may or may not apply. Just because *we* think they apply, doesn’t mean the court will agree.
