I don’t know that anyone can answer that with any certainty, to be honest. There’s lots of theories based on court decisions that may or may not apply. Just because *we* think they apply, doesn’t mean the court will agree.
Whether we know who did it or not, if it is proven to be true that it did happen, it should stop the censorship, investigations and incarceration of people making the fraudulent election claim.
