Dr Judy Mikovits says that pine needle tea contains suramin and is able to protect against the spike shedding. Worth a try.
Her interviews online are quite informative.

Good information, IF one happens to live where the non-toxic pine needles grow.

I've lived where loblolly, lodgepole, ponderosa, and white pine have grown. Those are all toxic.

The list of safe pines is short, and the list and the locations are hard to find.

White pine is supposed to be safe according to another article I read.

I read the original info about pine needle tea. Fir needles work too.

I could;ve sworn I saw online sellers offering their homegrown white pine needles for making tea. Thank goodness I didn’t bite - the prices were exorbitant for something as common as pine needles. And toxic, too? Sheesh.

Guess I won’t go that route. Plenty of trees around here that I have no idea how to identify. They are just evergreens to me (haha, see what I did there?) But seriously. I wouldn’t know a pine from a spruce from a cedar, never mind distinguishing between pine species, even if I knew which ones were good. Thank goodness I don’t have to spend time in close quarters with jabbed people!
