Remember prior to the 2016 election, when HRC was predicted to win, Russia did a nuclear attack drill? And citizens went into their civil defense shelters?
Seems they were expecting an attack if/when HRC got in. At least they still have civil defense —USA has bunkers for the politicians and those they consider essential. The general public - not so much.
