Mentions of a large deflating balloon as being the cause of one UAP
report looks to me like their choice to explain the popular “trans-medium”
UFO, going into the water.
Somewhat buried mention that some reports are possibly US Covert Tech,
or enemy covert tech, but that they could not verify.
Mention of extreme capabilities being possible sensor anomalies, requiring
additional investigation. little consideration that they might be accurate.
“Examining data for evidence of breakthrough tech…”
Zero hint, or mention or taste of any possibility of non human tech given.
