FWIW: That excerpt contains content from the fake JFK Jr. post on 8ch a few years back. That person was posing as JFK Jr. but was obviously not authentic.
The same person or people are calling attention to themselves as sources of information.
We had always been told the public would never know 100%, and even the content we had available would not be accepted by some “The choice to know is yours”.
For me, this particular writer is like nails on a chalkboard. It seems manipulative and dramatized when we already are manipulated enough, and sadly there is enough drama to go around. :/

Thanks for the further info! Every time I find myself thinking that I know a lot (about ANYTHING), I soon find out that I don’t actually know eff-all (as the Brits say).
