HORRIFIC VIDEO: Puerto Rican Couple Yanked From Their Car and Shot By Mob of Black Men in Chicago
A man was killed, and a woman was critically injured in a shooting Saturday night in Humboldt Park.
There has been crickets in the media about this possible hate crime.
The shooting took place as people were leaving Chicago’s 43rd Annual Puerto Rican People’s Day Parade, which people from all over the country and Puerto Rico travel to the city to attend.
The victims had a large Puerto Rican flag waving from their car when they were approached by a mob of black men and pulled from the vehicle and shot.

No, I believe this is Humboldt Park in the north of Chicago. I lived in near North of Chicago for years and never felt this concern over personal safety; even in the poorest South Side neighborhood, most of the residents were very fine and decent people trapped with too many on-street criminals. This type of brazen violence against an adult man and woman pulled from their car by a mob is intolerable. I don’t care what the dispute was, if any; its even worse if there were no dispute and this “just happened”. The mayor needs to stop constraining the city’s police and start cracking down on the violence that is killing innocent people, including children. Do your job, Mayor Lightfoot or do something else.

Humboldt Park has seen even more violent than usual this weekend. The races of the victims and assailants are not being identified in the local media.

I live in northwest Indiana and Chicago is about two miles up the main drag from me. I have no reason ever to go there again.
Just hold American parades and forgo all these other culture holidays and Parades....if they want to celebrate THEIR culture they can always fly back to where they’re celebrated.
I notice all the mainstream news accounts simply ignored the flag that was so obvious in the video. Now I see why.
Rioting would be in full swing if this had happened to someone sporting a juneteenth flag.......
