That sheer mass of numbers makes up for long term studies. They are not needed anymore.

Well, I hope they are right. Time will tell. By the time I am old enough to be in a nursing home, I might have the real answer to the question.
Till then, I’ll follow the activities that have been proven to work during the last century.
Good Sanitation, Good Nutrition, and intelligent treatment if a person gets a sniffle or worse.
I don’t believe numbers can make up for long term studies.
They are not the same thing at all.
