The same Laptop the US computer repairman wound up with because Hunter forgot about it?

Some months ago, Rudy Giuliani had a Chinese guy in his house, photos of them together, who had a funny name that didn’t sound Chinese, expat someplace, and ran some kind of news site. It was on Q threads. He had all the laptop info, had seen it, etc. Chinese guy was, iirc, wealthy and strong anti-CCP and lived (on a yacht?) not in China. I wish I could remember more. So I am sure that others in China had seen/made copies of Hunter Bitem’s laptop. How? I am a techtard. Bitems are owned by China so it would not be hard for the CCP to have it; and iirc the good Chinese man connected with Giuliani was either previously connected or had someone working with him who was. Or both.
