it is reassuring about not to worry about a shutdown....but I still worry...its what I do....have two big jars of PB and a small case of canned veggies as well as 4 larger cans of pork and beans sitting on the counter waiting to be hauled to my downstairs pantry.....LOL

The problem is not necessarily from 'attacks'. Have you kept up with California the past 10 years? Did you note the grid outage in Texas a few months ago? The Imbecile in Chief Command is shutting down coal fired and natural gas fired power plants. Expect rolling 'brown outs' and 'black outs' coming soon.

If it cancels your winter heat or summer cooling, or you can't see to find your Tootsie Rolls, you might search for an alternate source of power.
