it is reassuring about not to worry about a shutdown....but I still worry...its what I do....have two big jars of PB and a small case of canned veggies as well as 4 larger cans of pork and beans sitting on the counter waiting to be hauled to my downstairs pantry.....LOL

Speaking of shutdowns, there are half a dozen power outages spread
around the periphery of Reno, NV. (Reports from 10 affected zip codes,
6700+)

Dad and I are in one.

Power Co, doesn’t have a cause for any of them yet. (“Under investigation”)

This is only the second time we’ve had a power outage here lasting more than a few minutes. Most of the power in the area comes from geothermal
power plants.
