According to whistleblower William Tompkins, the earliest vehicles of the U.S. Navy that were capable of interplanetary travel were were submarines which had had their nuclear power plants replaced by anti-gravity drives.

This was extremely logical, since submarines already solved many of the problems necessary for humans to exist in the harsh conditions of space.

It follows that these space vehicles would be able to "launch" or "land" from beneath the ocean, which would account for there being so few observations of the "Launchings." (Pinging LonePalm and Steven for Navy knowledge, but it is my understanding that even an aircraft carrier can be difficult to locate if one doesn't know where to look.)

Personally, I have turned a corner in my thinking about Q. I now think Q is most likely a Trump administration link with one or more secret space programs.

The Q clearance level means access to nuclear weapons secrets, but why not the even more important secrets about the secret space programs.

I recently got yet another independent confirmation (not that I need it) of the REALITY of this technology from a retired Air Force General who spent many years involved on the Cold War Front in Germany.

That is exactly what I have always thought. It makes perfect sense. It explains a lot of “cigar” shaped UFO’s.

A few weeks ago I was watching pentagon released videos of tic-tac shaped UAP's carefully for a discernable splash as they entered the ocean. Just watching the water; following the prime directive. I convinced myself that there really was a splash as the UAP entered the ocean. Kind of a eureka moment.

I have no knowledge of such a program and wouldn't comment on it if I did.

I remember reading a SF series about 7-8 years ago about using a submarine as America's first interstellar vehicle.

I’ve been wondering how they got the information Q referred to in “We have it all” and then why the DS/BH didn’t erase it, remove it, destroy it to protect themselves. A secret space-based communications/data collection and storage system would explain that very well, so you may be right.
