A contract is a legally binding document between at least two parties that defines and governs the rights and duties of the parties to an agreement.
Your contractual position only binds individual States to the Union on behalf of the citizens. The aftermath of the Civil War limited the ability of the State to buck the Union and of course this has been reaffirmed many times since then. You only wish contract law could be applied but there is no official forum to present your wishes. You tell it Congress, The USSC, or a any Federal Court and they won't buy it. Nobody would hear your case.

The way you word that you left out how the states have a contract with each other.

you're right after the civil war the contract changed a lot. Though the underlining concept of what the constitution is still applies which means it's a contract.

The contract is between the states not the individual. Though some of it applies to the individual agreed to by the states.
Clearly this will not change your mind. Tell me in legal terms what is a constitution in your opinion?
