The only way would be if Trump were appointed to an office in the line of succession and all those above that line resigned or were forced out of office. Very unlikely to occur.

I am NOT a lawyer (THANK GOD!). However as a LEO, I was taught enough of the law to know about “FRAUD”! The last presidential election was a fraud, the elections in georgia were a fraud. The federal government as currently constituted is the result of a “fraud” and is therefore ILLEGITIMATE. Unfortunately those in power will NEVER admit to this!

Well, if it is proven Biden was elected through cheating, his oath of office is void. The entire democratic party would be labeled as criminals. I would think it would have to go to the legitimate winner of the election. Constitution or not.
