However, as I understabd your system, the EC is independent and can vote in whomever they want. They could have voted in John Smith of Virgina, if they wished.
They certified Biden. There is nothing that can be done about that. The only option is the line oslf succession and prayer that Pelosi dies before moving into position as her swan song.
