I get what you’re sayin, Biden cheated and Trump won the most EC votes.
However, as I understabd your system, the EC is independent and can vote in whomever they want. They could have voted in John Smith of Virgina, if they wished.
They certified Biden. There is nothing that can be done about that. The only option is the line oslf succession and prayer that Pelosi dies before moving into position as her swan song.

not exactly. After the vote is in the state picks the party that won the election. If the election was won fraudulently then the state appointed the wrong party for EC votes caste. This also changed all other votes during this election from local measures to federal elections. This is not likely to get resolved in a few months.
I would say sometime in 2022 at best.
