I know he does,but there is no Constitutional option that I’m aware of that supports his position, except a military coup.
Lindell is a passionate guy and he believes with all his heart that this election was the greatest fraud in the history of this country. As do a great many patriotic Americans. That said IF the Fraud is Proven it will be a Constitutional Crisis of Epic proportions that will go to the Supreme Court.
My opinion is, based on observations of recent rulings by this court they will punt and refuse to take it up.
If I’m wrong on this count I predict Roberts will once again join with the Libs and stand on some made-up from whole cloth(ala the “right” to abortion), convoluted rationale whereby Biden will remain president.
They will know they are wrong but, their Cowardous will overrule any small Constitutional understanding they may possess.

So much hate on this thread for the man who is almost single-handedly funding all of the conservative news media. He has done more to expose the corruption in our election system and fix it than anyone else in the world. He is a true believer in search of justice and God is on his side. I agree with this 100%. The level of contempt so many on this board show for people of passion and commitment is dismaying. This man has put his money where his mouth is. In many ways. Something his detractors on this board cannot lay claim to.

The only way would be to hold another election in 2022. It would take a constitutional amendment to do that.

Other than that. If proven, it would be a clear case for impeachment. Both the POTUS AND the VP would have to be impeached. Good luck with that.
3rd case would be a split of the nation. Since the red states have had their electors voided in the electoral college through a fraud, then there would be in fact no contract (constitution) and since that is voided, there is no Republic.
