Because the Capitol Police and the DOJ said so when they ruled the shooting to be justified. What evidence do you have they're lying?

And given the way things seem to be headed I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibility that we could see something like that. What they’re doing to some of these people that were at the Capitol right now, holding them without bail, is something right out China, NKorea, USSR, etc.
I wonder why REPUBLICAN members of Congress are not getting loud about that. To at least let these folks be with their families while they wait out their court cases.
Unlike regular police departments, the Capitol Police Force has never released the names of officers involved in shootings. They aren't required to. Nor are they required to have body cams. They are a force unto themselves, and Congress made them that way.
The lawsuit will change that.

The suit against the unnamed officer is going nowhere. He has qualified immunity.
Bracelet, not necklace, and in fact the bracelet was NOT the same bracelet at all. The beads were totally different.

It’s like her family was created later when people started asking questions. They can create whatever reality they want the proles to see and think but they were really sloppy with this FF event. I think they had to throw the whole thing together in a hurry and it shows.
