Anderson appears to reach for the strap of his backpack but is instantly tasered by an officer and falls to the ground clutching his stomach in pain
Eyewitnesses claimed he had been asked to take off his backpack
Ocean City Council has banned smoking and vaping on its beaches and boardwalk, and only allows smoking on certain designated areas of its beach

Ocean city cops were mostly new cops hired for the summer in the 80’s. I had one or two make make pour out my beer and my girls Zima. which was illegal but you could smoke on then beach back then.
Does anyone think that tasing a guy for puffing a vape is a little over the top???

How convenient that that order was not captured on the video.
She said she was looking of a safe place to pull over. She took a few seconds too long so he pit maneuvered her, resulting in a 20 mile traffic jam, totally her vehicle, not to mention he could have killed that lady.

1. He wasn’t tased for vaping, he was tased for resisting arrest.
2. He wasn’t resisting arrest.
Sounds like one of the cops overreacted to his hand movement.
Eye witnesses claim a lot of things.
We have no idea what happened.
