I agree that there are more changes than just the earlobe. But when I try to point it out to the non-red-pilled, I focus on the earlobe because it is so (to me) unambiguous.
People can argue about the shape of the nose or chin or grin and those are more possible to wave away by claiming he had a different facial expression or the camera angle or the lighting caused them to appear different. Or aging. But none of those explanations account for the earlobes.
And one more in the earlobe category: EYE COLOR!
Previously blue. Now dark brown. Could be contacts. But no indication that it is. Could sometimes be caused by lighting and camera angle - but not every time.

If you can get a really zoomed-in picture of the eyes, and it looks like there’s a different color between the iris and pupil, it might be a colored contact. I had a pair a long time ago, and can usually spot them in people.
